Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Sunday and after-hours appointments are available by request only and require provider approval. A $25 after-hours fee may be applied when applicable.
